Tatenda Chioniso Rushwaya is an African contemporary singer, songwriter, self taught mbira, acoustic guitar and percussion player based in Harare.
She's the creative director for a female artist training hub called Vasikana Dzidza. She ecently completed her Music Business studies at Music Crossroads Academy and on the 29th of April, she launched a social event called Ku-Mbira Lounge which is a platform that promotes inspiring conversations between emerging and seasoned female creatives while telling their stories through mbira music, original musical compositions, poems accompanied by mbira instrument and other forms of story telling.
